Section 03 — FAQNo. When you bring us your work, we never sell or market to your customers — orders ship blind, carry nothing on them but the UL label code requires, and any inquiry from your customer routes straight back to you. We are trade-focused: we take on our own direct and architectural projects, but never the accounts you bring us. We are an extension of your shop floor, not a competitor for your clients.
Most work ships in 2–3 weeks from approved files; channel letter sets and monument programs typically run 3–4 weeks. Rush production is available for tight deadlines — contact us with your timeline and we will do everything we can to make it work.
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), DXF, DWG, CDR (CorelDRAW), and PDF files. If you work in other industry sign software, send us what you have and we can likely work with it — no conversions or re-draws needed.

Yes, we provide professional installation throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. For projects outside the metro, we ship signs ready-to-install with all mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions.
