We are a sign shop, not a data company. We collect what we need to answer your inquiry and understand our own marketing — nothing more — and we never sell it.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus phone number, company, project type, and file attachments if you include them.
When you subscribe to our lead-times note or download a gated resource, we collect your email address.
When you call us from a number listed on this site, standard phone records apply. If call tracking is enabled, the tracking provider records the number you dialed from and may record the call where the law allows; you will hear a disclosure if a call is recorded.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page.
Contact submissions exist for one purpose: answering you. They are delivered to our team by email, stored in our customer-relationship system so a fabricator can follow up, and retained as ordinary business records for the life of the relationship. Files you attach are stored with your inquiry.
Email signups receive the content you asked for. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We may also use Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session analytics), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and call-tracking services to measure which of our marketing actually works. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may receive limited technical identifiers; where conversion measurement is enabled, contact details are shared only in hashed (non-readable) form.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, Google’s Ads Settings, and the ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn accounts. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is available from Google.
We rely on a small set of processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email and our mailing list), Upstash (short-term operational storage), Sentry (error monitoring), Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn (analytics and advertising, as described above), and our internal customer-relationship system. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Minnesota residents have rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us or call — we will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If we ever materially change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date below.
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
