Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the seven-county metro — where most of the work on our portfolio pages lives. One facility in Vadnais Heights, twenty minutes from either downtown, with the metro covered by our own trucks.
Delivery & serviceSame-day delivery across the metro from our Vadnais Heights facility, coordinated install crews for occupied buildings and active construction sites, and pickup staging for trade partners. We run the full seven-county metro: Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Carver, and Scott counties.
The Twin Cities metro is where our portfolio actually stands: the North Loop Green signage program in downtown Minneapolis, Vista 44's neon in Hopkins, three school buildings signed for White Bear Lake Area Schools, an affordable-housing package in St. Paul's Phalen Village, the National Guard's Division Headquarters in Arden Hills, and one senior-cooperative brand reproduced across eight different suburbs — eight different city sign codes, permitted one by one. Thirteen of our sixteen published case studies sit inside the metro. That's not a service-area claim; it's a track record you can drive past.
Two illuminated tenant monuments, a backlit lobby directory, and a three-year exterior program for the marquee mixed-use development — fabricated wholesale for Landmark Architectural Signs.

In-house CNC routing, waterjet cutting, and metal fabrication mean we control the timeline from design to delivery.
You're buying from the shop floor that builds it — we control quality, timeline, and price under one roof. And if you're a sign shop, our trade promise holds: your accounts stay yours.
Dimension Sign is a UL-listed commercial sign manufacturer in Vadnais Heights, 20 minutes from either downtown, building channel letters, monument signs, ADA and wayfinding, and architectural signage for the seven-county metro. Thirteen of our sixteen published case studies stand inside the Twin Cities — from the North Loop Green program in downtown Minneapolis to the National Guard's Division Headquarters in Arden Hills.
Yes. We manufacture wholesale for the sign trade and also take direct commercial, architectural, and institutional projects — so a business buys straight from the shop floor that builds the sign, not a reseller marking it up. You get UL-listed fabrication, manufacturer pricing, and in-house control of quality and timeline. If you are a sign shop, our trade promise still holds: the accounts you bring us stay yours.
All seven metro counties — Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Carver, and Scott — with same-day delivery from our Vadnais Heights facility and coordinated install crews for occupied buildings and active construction sites.
We are the manufacturer, not a middleman. Channel letters, monument signs, ADA signage, and architectural metal are cut, welded, painted, and UL-labeled in-house on our own CNC routers and 55,000-PSI waterjet — including our proprietary five-coat faux-Corten finish. Most Twin Cities sign companies broker fabrication out; we build it under one roof, which is why other sign shops buy from us.
